not quite, um, the skeleton is a separate structure that basically just allows you to move the skeleton how you want it to and then what ever you have to move changes in that way, as i understand it so far, i just started figureing it out today basically, so im not quite sure how it completely works, i wish AoI could let me connect 2 points, wings has it atleast

does 3ds have "skeleton" functions, where you bind points to the skeleton so that the shape conforms uniformily when the skeleton changes shape, it probably should, im not sure if i explained it well enough for any one to undertand what im trying to say haha
